You need to incentivize the products so people use them. The strategy is to make the sfrax yield attractive enough to entice depositors and to use the underlying frax to deploy other places that make more money than the staking rate. Similar to how a bank has a savings account which has higher interest than a chequing account. The bank will then take your savings account dollars and lend it out to make more than you get.
