Hey! For moving USDT between EOS and Ethereum, you can use the pTokens bridge. Just connect your wallet, like MetaMask for ETH or Anchor for EOS, choose how much USDT you want to swap, and follow the steps. https://dapp.p.network/#/swap?asset=eth&from=eos&to=eth

thx but fees too high for the swap. damn pNetwork would be perfect. but the pair is not available.
i think you can try Meson.fi to go between Ethereum and EOSEVM. and then https://bridge.evm.eosnetwork.com/ to go between EOSEVM and EOS mainnet
