Hi @BegaMutex, when are we likely to hear from Richard

again on what the next steps are for the project? New blockchain has been released some time now, slightly disappointed that we haven't been listed on an exchange in the US yet i.e. Kraken, Coinbase, is the American market intentionaly being avoided by ETN, 7 years now in operation and no US exchange, thanks

This is all very well, but the community needs to be given updates, its the least we deserve. "soon" is not good enough anymore. Silence is the worst thing.

I hear what you are saying Alex, but that doesn't change the fact that things can only be announced when they are ready. Especially for business related partnerships or agreements involving other companies, like exchanges. Infact exchanges often have NDA agreements to stop anything being discussed. So I'm sure the team would love to tell everyone the things they are working on, but it's simply not possible until it's ready to go live and both parties have agreed.

What they don’t understand is that with communication, we’re not “only”asking for updates regarding partnerships and agreements…etc. Even regular communication like someone from the official org checking in on the community will suffice. It’s all about continuous active engagement, not with faceless moderators or faceless twitter admin/ PR team. People would love to hear anything, anything, even a hello from a real human face from Electroneum office. It doesn’t have to be Richard. Man I miss the old days.

Absolutely, like any firm, I'm sure there are improvements that could be made to communication in general 👍 Crypto is a difficult industry in the UK. You have to be very careful about what you communicate. You can't be seen to "shill" things. As such, the team are restricted to only talking about actual new developments and service delivery....that does restrict the volume/content of communication. If you look at AnyTask, which doesn't suffer with those restrictions, you will see the team messaging very often on social media. But either way, don't worry Rich and the team are pushing hard to utilise all the new opportunities the smart chain have enabled. It has opened alot of doors. Exciting times ahead. 👍

I know this is an ongoing topic which basically seems unresolvable from the community's perspective, but for what it's worth: Thanks to you, Plank and others for saying atleast the minimum, the lights are on, people are on top of things and all of us here are not just wasting our time. I do think we are about see brighter days for Electroneum, the pieces are finding their place.

Rich and the team are working hard on new features, integrations and listings David. That includes new exchanges which are a high priority, especially for US customers! Announcements will come out as soon as they are ready, don't worry.....things are moving behind the scenes, they just take time. Hopefully that includes US exchanges.
