rebound but not enough gems available. Hence, App prompt
me to buy Gems in app (Google), I did and the gems purchase was successful. After that the app prompt that I already own the collectible.
During that time, the Gems was reflected in my wallet balance. However the gems balance wasn't there anymore this morning and I don't have any pending order.
Is this problem widespread and if management is aware of this issue? Should I raise a ticket or wait a few more hours to see if the Gems are back in my wallet ?
