I think we need experienced devs first, that helps create excitement for others to learn, and then we need resources for them to learn and jump in

1) bringing eosio and evm devs to Telos to build, and education to teach beginners how they can start developing on telos 2) improved transparency and ux of Telos chain governance / tf governance 3) a plan to improve the onboarding / education of users 4) a plan to get more involvement from the community at a grass roots level, and move people up the ladder from passive community members to active contributors 5) development of region specific focus groups to target key areas that require different / unique marketing and promotional approaches 6)
