Ok so I have to questions (I can't sleep because everything I have is into this app) - how many time do I have to wait ? - Will I recover all I have into my veve wallet (gems, omi, nft) ?
I can't give an exact date on when the support team will respond. They should respond as soon as possible. When an account is disabled, the case is being investigated, if the user is not found guilty of using bots etc, then the user will regain access to his/her account
Ok, I am happy to know I will recover my account 🙂 I understand "ASAP" but it is so much unprecise .. do you have any idea of the delay ? Days ? Weeks ? Months ? How can I push the process ?
