Has anyone ever send OMi from there Veve app to

an exchange? Does anyone know if this will be possible when OMI is on L2 and exchanges are on L1? Guessing there will be a possibility to swap from L2 (and visa versa) in Veve app, but does that also mean you would need Eth in the Veve app to send the Omi?

Yes - I understand that will be a bridge. But say I want to remove my OMI from the Veve wallet - do I need to have ETH in the exchange? Also - will there be in Veve wallet to fiat exchange? Finally - will I be able to sell any NFTs I buy in the app for fiat? (Thanks in advance for any help, I am still learning)

Yes - I understand that will be a bridge. But say ...

Eth will be in metamask not the exchange. All bridge will go through metamask. Pay to bridge on , pay to bridge off. If you want to go exchnage you would have to bridge to metamask first then go meta to exchange but either way you would need eth on metamask for the gas

Thank you Essa. I miswrote the main question (doh). If I am sending Omi from the Veve wallet to an exchange - will I need ETH in the Veve wallet to send the Omi? TBH - I am planning to stake (if possible) and just hodl for a few years (as I think that is the amount of time Veve/Omi will need to be a recognised name in the mainstream)

So to bridge back on Veve from L2 to L1 - would you need ETH? this is the step I am not getting. How would I get the OMI off Veve app - would this sending off the Veve app require ETH>

Basically the bridge is attached to metamask. So if you send your tokens to veve before the swap they swap it all for you. Then after you would need to pay in eth to get them off the veve app into metamask wallet. If you miss the window you need to use the site and pay fees to swap and then if you wanted to send to veve you would have to use the bridge also and pay two gas fees. One from the exchnage you buy Omi ( eth ) on and one when you want to bridge to layer two
