I have read the previous comments about the marketing campaign

and have deduced the following points:

1)woo team considers advertising in crypto to be inefficient. So no advertising.
In my opinion this is a huge mistake. Crypto advertising is essential and easy to do because there are relatively few websites about crypto or trading and they have the advantage of being specialized.

2) You are targetting people, communities, traders.
On this second point I checked:
on YouTube the last video that talks about woo networks is 4 months old. On Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, there is nothing.
About articles on specialized web pages: little and nothing. Maybe they contact people by mail? I have not been able to verify this.
I think the marketing is lacking, the advertising is non-existent and this is the main reason for the drop in the price of the token.

I have used the Crypto . com application or rather the two applications, and I agree with you that the user experience is quite disastrous. On the contrary, I find woox easy to use. There is the spot market, there are futurs, ok there is no coffee, or cappuccino option yet, but in my opinion it deserves to be advertised now.

Let me offer a counter opinion and use CRO as an example, they went all out on retail marketing, getting celebrity endorsements, sponsoring sports events, buying naming rights to stadiums. No amount of marketing can fix a shitty product. Now you have users dumping CRO and leaving the app in droves, all because they probably spent too much effort on marketing and not enough building a decent product
