has a good amount of trusted validators which is good. echoing the sentiment of permissionless which i know jack just spoke at

My question is, if decentralization is so important to the core team why is governance not enabled yet. I’ve seen multiple people ask and it’s always something that’s planned for the future. but if people want to be able to vote on things and have pull in a decentralized network shouldn’t they be able to sooner rather than later? not everyone who will want to participate in the network will know how to code or contribute in that way

It’s a matter of getting the network up and running with the first set of Dapps. We are a smaller core team, with limited resources, so while governance is super important, it’s not super meaningful if we don’t have dapps up and running on the network. It’s always been just a matter of prioritizing since we have limited resources. It is absolutely high on our list.
