Hi Rahul, 1/3rd of the max supply is set to go to validators and delegators as staking rewards until max supply is hit. This is to support node operators early on as the network continues to grow and mature. In concept, this is not too dissimilar to BTC going to Bitcoin node operators until its max supply.
