That’s what i need to understand what’s the better...

There will be a "cut off" date which means you must join the swap before that particular date. If you are joining on DigiFinex, you will have to move it over there and i will advise you to join the swap as early as possible.

The swap is starting August 15 doesn't mean it's ending precisely the same day, you should follow the exchange timeline. And if you want to join the swap on DigiFinex, yes, you have to move it over there.
