Is the confirmation mail not supposed to be automated? I am aware of the fact that the actual response to my ticket takes time. I am asking if my ticket has even been opened if i dont receive a confirmation with my ticket nr.
Yeah, but sometimes automated emails take time. Give it little bit of time, and if you don't get any let us know in the DM.
