We can't recommend you which collator to delegate your funds to, but you might pick anyone from the middle of the list, maybe someone with a better APR: http://stakeglmr.com As long as the blocks are generated and other conditions are met, the collator will reproduce the rewards. APR - depends on total bonded and collator performance, and the % of share of delegators bonds at the collator. sometimes the collator produces fewer blocks and you get a smaller reward, but this is mostly a random factor.
