Ya basically if the idea is to ruin every other legitimate user’s value by destroying FRAX to save 1 specific hack or situation, ya it’s possible. But that has no basis in law. In fact, one thing that caught my attention about this situation with Oasis is that the reason they were able to do it is because they had the ability to precisely recover 1 specific addresses’ funds while leaving everyone else that’s innocent unaffected. They essentially had a backlist function in a roundabout way. They could target 1 address and leave every innocent user totally safe. We do not have the ability to do that. We’d have to destroy everyone’s FRAX to comply with 1 court order. I’m skeptical of a court actually demanding such a thing.
