can't really link it cause it was a google bard answer but it basically said that there is a standard operator in lido and a pool operator. The pool operator is different from a standard operator in a few ways. 1. The pool operator does not need to run their own validators. Instead, the pool operator relies on a network of validators to provide staking services. 2. The pool operator is responsible for managing the staking pool and ensuring that the validators are properly incentivized. This includes setting the fees for the staking pool, managing the rewards, and handling any slashing events I guess it messed up everything
I think in this context, the pool operator is Lido Dao and currently, Lido has 29 node operators running validators individually.
