that we could ask what they've been doing with their funding?
I had on pomelo season 7
They're supposed to be leading ecosystem funding, but it doesn't look like they spend any money? https://bloks.io/account/eoslabs.io https://bloks.io/account/eoslabs.eco
Does anyone know who the people in this picture are? There are 7 Asians and one of them is probably the leader of EOS Labs. Anyone know which one he is? Who are the others? I don't recognize any of the westerners either except for Zack. Are they with ENF? Why wasn't Yves there? https://x.com/exSatNetwork/status/1836904129609846860
All that are legitimate questions we ask for months, now with exSat it is even more concerning.
Mix of EOS Labs and ENF employees. Huaqiang is not in the picture.
I'm still very confused about EOS Labs and their spending. They barely ever move any tokens, but clearly have to have expenses
Last report I found. My partners are not satisfied with those details. https://eosnetwork.com/blog/eos-q4-2023-report/
That was an example of what amateurs do
I hope they cut back on spending since then. $2.8 million per quarter with $1.15 million going to core protocol development At current EOS prices, they're only bringing in $1.8 million per quarter from their token vesting, so that only leaves $650k per quarter if they didn't scale back on their engineering... Which I assume they didn't after shipping Spring 1.0
Even eossupport did better in their detailed reports
$650K per quarter is discretionary spend that must include salaries ( not including engineers since they're prob covered in core protocol ), partnerships, marketing, and community is nothing. I thought they had a lot more budget tbh
