To have an account in the Holo forum you must ask by mail to help@holo.host (with your email address with which you purchased HoloPort). But you have already opened a support ticket there. So when he replies you ask to have the account. No problem. 🙏

However, you can enter the forum in read-only mode if you want (as long as you don't have your own account). If you have never registered your HP to the network you can find instructions for doing so. The instructions differ based on when the HoloPort was shipped to you. But you will see for yourself. Anyway, if you have opened a support ticket at help@holo.host I advise you to wait for the answer.
