That's similar to someone doing the opposite and paying $100 for $1 USDL in the example mentioned in the podcast. It can happen both ways.
i think you only need 10 transactions to bring it to a $1 if am correct?
Currently, transaction cost is .10c but that can change anytime though. So yes, at the moment.
