not complaining but doesn't that mean alot of tokens are no longer being staked? What happing with and where are all these tokens going that aren't being staked anymore? Should I be concerned for a big dump sell off coming?
It is a combination of two factors. 1. Two large validators are currently jailed "Psycho Node" and "strangelove-ventures" and unclear if they intend to continue providing an active validator node, in total around 5m staked Kava is not delegated to validators in the active set and so only 126m staked Kava is earning staking rewards instead of 131m 2. The main cause is the high inflation which increases the total supply (most of which is going into the community pool and Origin DAO wallet, neither of which is staked), so the result is a higher supply without a increase in the staked balance. The daily staking rewards are based on a percentage of the total supply so if the total supply increasing by 50% then the amount of rewards increases by 50% but shared by the same number of staked Kava
Here is a graph of the staked balance since May - The large drop from 2 weeks ago is a 3.5m Kava drop due to validator "Psycho Node" dropping out of the active set, but hose token remain safely staked
And this shows how the staking yield has increased since March
Who is the 2nd validator

"Psycho Node" and "strangelove-ventures" The next largest is "Masternode24.de"
What will happen with their coins?
They remain staked but no longer earning staking rewards. Any user with tokens delegated to validators who are no longer active can simply redelegate to another validator instantly
