https://help.app.kava.io/article/26-how-to-bridge-kava It's recommended to transfer KAVA to MetaMask wallet on the Kava EVM and then you can go to invest.scrub.money to supply KAVA there.

KavaSwap on the Kavachain is a Dex, not sure about liquidity and price impact for large trades. Limited choice of assets to trade to from hard, so swapping to/from kava tokens might be an option
