Some wallets will walk you through importing an existing wallet. Or, you can create a new wallet using the seeds from your existing wallet

Look into Rabby or internet money wallet. I think both will allow you to import a wallet address from another wallet without having to import your seed phrase

You should have written down your wallet seed phrase when you created your wallet. You can't see the seed phrase on go pulse

Do yourself a favor. Don't use Metamask. Use one of the other wallets.

If your Ethereum assets are on metamask, you just have to change the network of metamask to pulse network. It's the same address, just another network. Sorry if that's not your issue

My issue is my sacrafice is stuck on trust wallet & im only able to see it on gohex by linking my trust wallet

What if you go to pulsex dot com and connect metamask to it?

What sacrifice? pHex wasn't sacrificed, it is a copy of your eHex on pulse chain. Only pls and plsx was sacrificed.

We've told you multiple times how to access. Either add PulseChain RPC into Trust Wallet or import your Trust Wallet into a wallet compatible with PulseChain

But the Ethereum address you have on metamask right? The pHex is on the same address on pulse. You just have to change the network of metamask to pulse network.
