Hi! The rewards will only be distributed after the transferability of

the rewards is enabled on-chain or when the conditions on the Parachain are met. Please kindly be advised that the reward distributions on-chain are different than the transferability on-chain.

Even though some reward distributions have begun for other participants, transferability may not be enabled or we are still working on integration, thus the funds have not been released yet.

Please keep an eye out for future announcements - we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Kraken exchange technical support wrote this to me. I still haven’t received any rewards for participating in the Phala parachain on the Kraken exchange! What does this message from technical support of the Kraken exchange mean??

The issue is not on Phala's side...they are trying to find out what it is. Apart from this, I don't anything else to update you on. Your message has also been forwarded to team so they are aware. You have to wait for an answer.
