There aren't specifically these covered. And keep in mind you'll use an optimistic rollup that has a window for challenging the results before they become final, so this could make the concept of flash loans challenging. You could build defi apps in Python and then deploy them on top of any EVM based network of your choice. One thing to keep in mind is that your app will act as a rollup, so you don't get that instant finality like you would on a base layer. We have a udemy course to learn the stack and framework nuances in case you're curious to build.
