Why would anyone want to swap their ocean for fet

So can we keep our ocean and fetch on coinbase for a few weeks then transfer them out to do the migration or is there a deadline to move the ocean and fetch off of coinbase. I literally moved these two assets twice now to get them on a cex to find out cb isn't helping. I'm tired of paying all these fees.

Kraken has already advised to move out Ocean / Fet before July 1st We are too long played at our cost! This merger is a big misscomunication!

This doesn't help us..we need to know what to do if we hold ocean and fetch on the actual cb exchange. And is their a deadline to do so? For example, if I go to withdrawel my fetch amd ai from cb exchange in 3 weeks from now, will the withdrawel function still work?
