there is no big difference for a delegator tbh. vaults have a 21-day withdrawal period, pools have a 14-day withdrawal period. but vaults way more stable in terms of APR

If you want someone managing your stake chose vault. Otherwise, chose pool. Commission you see in pool doesn't influence APR, unless it exactly 100%

phala or khala are substrate networks which means you need to have a substrate wallet (nova wallet, subwallet or talisman wallet). just download one of them, find phala address and bridge your tokens to that address

Erc20 tokens for Metamask or other evm tokens. So erc 20 pha can't be at Phala or khala networks. Thus, you have to chose erc20 wallet from which you want to transfer. And Phala Network address (wallets Nova wallet, Polkadot.js, Talisman) as destination address
