Why are Non-ERC tokens being seized from users without consent? If

45% of ERC tokens were stolen, then why 45% of BTC is being taken? WazirX cannot fiddle with user's personal funds. This would destroy any trust the brand has and cause everyone to flee to better platforms.

If WazirX is interested in maintaining this brand for the long term, the correct way to recover the lost $230mn is freeze 45% of ERC tokens and make a plan for recovery - through trading fees, new tokens, merch, donations etc. This $230mn has to come from WazirX's operating budget, even if it takes a few years of operating loss to reach the amount. With a bull run around the corner, WazirX should be encouraging trading activity and volume to recover the funds sooner.

Do not make the mistake of freezing Non-ERC tokens. WazirX might be liable for a class action lawsuit. #NoHaircut

Crypto is not regulated in India. There are no said rules laid down in events like this. So no lawsuits whatsoever on the funds distribution. The only possible litigation could be on the topic of waxirx swindling user funds. Nothing else. Please note that there is absolutely zero loss for Nischal in this.
