This is my issue. I paid for a Hive

username through Ecency. The email to login finally showed up, but I can't set a password for my account, because it is asking me for the "Original" password. When I use the password that saved in the browser as the first password associated with Ecency, it does not work.

Is there anything I can do here, or do I just have to lose password convenience?

Too, when I try to use hivesigner, using my owner key does not give me access to the app. Not even if I copy-paste my username and key straight from the Ecency web browser page. Suggestions?

I finally succeeded in using Hivesigner on the computer for web access to Ecency, and Hive Keychain for web access in it's browser. The app always fails to login even though those credentials work for Hivesigner, and Hive Keychain. See photo attached below.
