Migration is a one-way trip. You can only sell your

N3 on an exchange for some other coin, transfer that to another exchange where you can sell it to buy legacy Neo. But why would you want to do that? It makes no sense at all. Legacy has already stopped generating GAS, and N3 GAS is earning more per NEO right now than legacy ever did.
