it dezentralized at the moment. We all know it's about security reasons we don't have any updates now that's why we ask for a ama.

Biggest question is what are the problems with the security of the new updates?

Also what do we get with the governance are we allowed to just reject updates our also vote for community preposals?

The fact that is happening, something foreviewed since long that would happen, doesn't mean that those are the plans. In fact governance will include the possibility to distribute waves reserves among any node.
