Hi Admin my account has been locked for over 4

weeks now pending a simple address update where I've already been verified. I ask repeatedly Support to resolve this but I get ignored. What's going on??

That is why I said fill out the Google form in the KYC/AML FAQs on the Electroneum support website.

Not sure how this will be treated any differently as I imagine this also goes to the same team that has sat on my ticket for weeks with no result but I filled it in in hope

You have to wait for a response then. If your ticket is over 30 days and unanswered, fill out a Google form. Check the pinned messages for that.
