Because eth is struggling. It doesn't matter if eth price is 3500 or 4500. Its performance against btc matters. Alts were better performing when btc was at 45k because simply eth was performing better. Check eth/btc chart for reference

Not really.. Especially when you are not holding the Crypto in exchange.. I don't move the coin to exchange unless I see a new ATH or it's going down drastically, for example what happened in April & May.. but it's personal preference.. I am not greedy enough, or even have time to book profit in every 5%.. 😉
