I understand your position. Normally, the clubs don’t have the legitimacy to negotiate their players images, but arguing that socios used the image provided by the club itself, could be a defense. Other aspect that I am concerned is about the images that are being used of other Teams that didn’t contract with sócios. By example, when you enter in atletico’s pool, there is a lot of club emblem like São Paulo or Fortaleza, to predict the score of the game. As I mentioned before, i have seen lawsuits for the use of images (most relevant cases are fifa and SEGA) and am saying this just to help the community.

Informations about the contract with socios x teams are not public. In my opinion Socios use the team image, the team image are their players, the polls on socios app are created by the club not socios, once you have this in mind no problem with player images. Second... players on social media, in posts of publicity created by socios the players are posing for the photo, if the player are posing they are agreeing with the use of the image at same time they image are being used for the club, and for he once the player are benefitted with this. But this is my opinion based on logical facts, I'm not from juridical area
