Every time you buy, sell, or transfer, you get hit with the 10% tax. If you are holding any coins in a wallet, IE: MetaMask or Trustwallet, you see immediately see reflections every time someone else buys, sells, or transfers. As far as exchanges go, you have to look and see if the exchange does the reflections or not. Some do but only divy out the reflections once a month. Some don't do it at all. That's not a question we can really answer, though. Just check with the exchange you are wanting to or have used.

If you bought babydogecoin from an exchange you'll only receive reflections on that particular exchange if they support tokenomics and it'll be distributed monthly. You can find out from each exchange. On pancakeswap you'll be receiving continuous reflections on all transactions including transfer made on the BSC chain in real-time.
