So I participated in the crowdloan for the KSM auctions through Kucoin and still havent received any allocation yet. I've reached out to them and they said they are waiting for Phala to give them an allocation so they can distribute the awards. I wanted to know what's going on and the timelines etc for it

Hi, 34% rewards has direclty distributed to each platfroms when Khala won 4th slot. And Khala enabled to transfer K-PHA<—> ERC-20 PHA freely. Not sure why Kucoin service said that but we contact with Kucoin team to see what happen but need reply. Maybe they are waiting in line for the support of K-PHA from their technical team.
