Syscoin have an ICO or are the coins only created by mining?
2. What's the inflation rate?
3. How is this project funded (devs, marketing etc.)?
Do research, ask Google or go to binance
Thanks for the help. Seems to be not the right place here to ask those questions then. Probably should've asked "Wen moon?" instead...
I agree with the point, not the sarcasm. Anyone asking questions here does not deserve an answer of "go to another resource." Maybe this was someone's idea as the best starting point. It could also be they researched and came here to confirm since there are actual developers here. There is a way to teach without turning people away. Answering your original questions: 1. I'm also relatively new here, but my understanding is (based on this thread and googling) there was an ICO, but funds were lost somehow, and subsequent funding comes from governance, which I'm assuming, requires mining. 2. I'm not sure there is an inflation rate. Coinmarketcap says circ supply of $621M with max supply of $888 M, which leads me to believe it's deflationary. 3. Think this at least partially answered by #1. Hope this helps.
Thank you Brandon for taking the time to answer my questions! :)

If you cared enough to scroll, there is syslinks for you. Now it is a bit presumptuous to just be served when u just come here. If you cared just enough u could have just looked up syscoin dot org and you will know where discussion is at.
You seem also offended by someone coming here asking questions about the project. I couldn't find info about the ICO on the website, so I came here to ask. Usually in official social media channels there are helpful admins to correctly answer questions like locutus did. It's an easy and quick way to get the information I am looking for and usually admins know the best articles that can answer my questions + they always seem happy to help someone who is new to the project. Don't know why you get offended, but thanks for your reply
Nope I am not offended. I am just telling you there is some else you could do to get the info you need. And if you cared just enough you'll know the syscoin exist way way way back and you'll understand its ICO wouldn't not matter by now. Then you could ask yourself how this awesome project survived 2 halvenings and yet still this underappreciated, and why u just discovered it just in the last few months.
Well that helpful admins and volunteers already put those help articles in one place called syslinks. I mentioned this a few messages back
Lol, who said I just discovered Syscoin in the last few months? You are assuming a lot of things based on my 1 message. I am in crypto since 2017, I know that sys exists since back then. Didn't do any research on the project though, cause I was busy with other projects. All I wanted to know is how this project is funded and if there was an ICO. Cause it matters to me when the SEC declares 99% of altcoins as securities in the future. Still don't understand your problem, but maybe you are just salty waiting for the moon after a 3 year long bear market for altcoins. Don't worry, I am heavily invested in NXS since 2,5 years now and I can understand your feelings when the tech is not appreciated by the coin price... You should try to help your project grow by being a bit more welcoming to new people instead of getting angry at them ;)
