Curious if a flash crash similar to what happened on

binance btc the other day, would be picked up by a chainlink price oracle feed for protocols that monitor prices. does anyone know more about this in this chat?

Link price feeds use a weighting system from multiple exchanges/sources and would never report bullshit like that. Binance of course claim it was some algo issue, heh yeah I am sure it was a "mistake".

the contracts are public so you can view how they are calibrated afaik, I am too lazy to read them tho. But you can absolutely view the price LINK reported at the time of the crash. Binance isn't using link feed tho as they don't actually want reliability lol
