Now I 've really big problem !! The transaction has been

reached my own trx address.

However , the balance doesn't reach my wallet.

Usually , after transaction successful the payment was reach in my wallet within 5 minutes.
But now , the payment doesn't receive my wallet until 5 hours later.

So , I was sent an email to my wallet support service team.

But they replied me same thing previous day.

They said it may be depended in blockchain system.
Which take 12 hours or more.

The trx address was checked by tronscan org.

So what can I do ??
