How many people here actually believe in Nano? How is

nano doing marketing to make everyone aware of nano of it's decentralisation capability? If these 2 is not met. It is near impossible for nano to burst. No marketing no credibility no trust from public

100% disagree............respectfully. Just because currently everything needs "marketing" to try and hype their crap project using announcements of announcements announcing new "partnerships" doesn't mean it will always be that way. As more and more ppl enter the crypto space .....they will gravitate towards the best tech and the entire space will mature. Being feeless and green are HUGE selling points.....that will "market" themselves. Jmo👍 😁

Agree till a certain extend.. how many companies actually fail without marketing even though they had the best product. Doesn't mean that your product is good, everyone will use it. They need to have exposure to grow. Without marketing there are no exposure. Good to have this debate with you

man, most people don't care about best technology. They have no time and no interest to check out what is best tech. For these people only marketing is receptive, even if the advertised product has an age-old and for most people even dangerous (traceable and perfect for surveillance) technology. That's how it works in this economic system.

I guess most average people won't know the technology behind it so maybe in that sense they won't care about it. But when it comes to investors (actual investors), businesses and regulators, the most efficient technology is key. This is long term thinking btw, obviously currently memes are the market's millionaire makers today. But looking ahead at the money of the future, technology and efficiency is key. The one that is the most cost-effective. Using nano to transfer value from one person to another, or from one business to another, and from consumers to businesses, is the most cost-effective because there aren't any costs. This is something interesting to think about: Smartphones are primarily created so that it's easier for websites and advertisers to grab and hold your attention. Smartphone makers are trying to make it more and more frictionless for consumers to give their attention. Think about facial recognition for instance to unlock your phone. So much time, effort and money is put into that just to make it frictionless for consumers to go to websites, spend their time on websites and apps etc. First you had to draw a pattern to unlock your phone, that's too much effort and friction. So they created finger print scanners. Still, too much friction. Now all you have to do is look at your phone to unlock it. Frictionless. All this research and development for that technology, just to remove 1 step from the process so that consumers' attention is more easily grabbed. They put this device that can grab your attention easily and frictionless into your pocket. And they're even putting in time, effort and money to put it into glasses, just to remove that one step of grabbing your phone out of your pocket! Now think about the same thing for money. Businesses want the most frictionless process for consumers to buy stuff. So that it literally takes barely any effort to buy things, to give money to businesses. That's why now we simply have to tap our card to a machine in the store to pay. The same is happening with digital payments. The most easy, frictionless way of digital payment will be the preferred one by businesses. So far, from my experience, using nano with Natrium wallet is by far the easiest, most frictionless way I've ever made any digital transaction. And I think many people that have used nano will have had a similar experience and a similar opinion. Near-instant, 0 fees and a smooth user experience is the key when it comes to digital payments for consumers. And I think this is the marketing point that can be used towards webshops. Creating a smooth user experience at checkout will mean more sales, while decreased costs due to nano's feeless nature. That's awesome. Tldr: Businesses are looking for the most frictionless way for consumers to spend money digitally. Making the experience frictionless will make it easier for consumers to give their money away, they will spend more. And from my experience, that is nano.

Yes they accept it. And where is the frictionless nature in accepting crypto? They do it because is another niche market to tap in.

Yes they accept it. And where is the frictionless ...

Yeah true. It's not really frictionless because they accept Bitcoin. But accepting nano will be a more frictionless method :)

Is there any incentive to run Nano node for myself interest? I mean we need a mechanism so network can maintain itself

Is there any incentive to run Nano node for myself...

The network has proven itself that the sole incentive of securing the network you are interested in is enough for big parties and stores or hobbilists to run a node. Not to mention the low requirements to run a nano node which makes running nano accesible for any person. The network is actually working fine without any economical incentive and it's been that way forever.
