If team do AMA, pls answer this questions: 1. Why DAO

proposal voted and implemented without announce it to community to participate in voting first? Is this mean board directors drive mdx not community?
2. What behind the reason of reward reduction that cause apy/apr drop? Is this for renewing repurchasing and burn mechanism?
3. Why dev team reward become incentive for repurchasing source that continuously burn mdx/xmdx based on ratio, when apr drop that means repurchasing power being low, right?
4. Why burn xmdx which is a dao voucher?
