This is why I think there is a good chance

that the Monero Project will fork and a new project will pick up the freedom banner and march on. The woke crowd who, in addition to wanting to muzzle people like Chris Sky (and others), also advocates working with the Central Banks and tyrannical governments to make Monero "relevant" will drive away talent and energy. There may be a day when fair and decentralized governance (maybe some type of a DAO) along with decentralized and fully anon dev teams take what is now Monero to the next stage. Who knows?

i saw some beef with luigi, one other and the lead maintainter they brought over from parler. They said they fired him because of his skills but they emphasized, and i mean emphasized that a big reason was because parler was an "alt right nazi platform, and we dont want associated with monero" I was shocked, Like you guys have no problem with pedos using monero to buy pizza, or drug lords, but trump voters is what kill it for you?

Which ultimately hurts the projects ability to reach people. This is a very bad sign for Monero long term. Something needs to change or its not going to grow

Yes, that is what I am aware of, but there is more. The issue is that these people have control of what is, unfortunately, a more centralized project than they would like people to realize.
