in a support ticket three days ago and no response and still no gems? Admin could you please help expediting or will I have to submit multiple tickets per day until resolved.
That sucks, veve should prioritize all support tickets where people didn't receive the gems they paid for.

There are a whole lot of tickets to deal with. And normally refunds are automatic. Please be patient, it will be resolved
