Hey guys! We’re trying to use Polymath to issue Security

tokens, and pledge them to Defi lenders like Maker to borrow DAI. We’ve read the documentations but still have some questions:
1. Is it the case that a security token is only issued when a buyer buys it? Or can we (the issuer) issue, say, $10mn worth of security tokens altogether ?
2. Our understanding is that once the security tokens are issued, it’s in the issuer’s wallet, and can be transferred to any other wallet on Polymesh. Is that right?
3. It seems to us that we can only transfer these tokens to wallets on Polymesh. But Maker is on Ethereum instead of Polymesh. Is there a way to solve this? (We need to lock the security tokens into Maker’s vault to do collateralized borrowing)
If you know who we should ping directly that’s also super appreciated… Many thanks!!!

1. You can distribute tokens wherever you’d like. Buyers, company wallet, custodian, etc. 2. Yes. 3. You can use our solution on Ethereum if you are dead set on Ethereum - https://tokenstudio.polymath.network

Thanks so much Graeme!!! On 1 - I was wondering if we can issue, say , $10mn tokens altogether, or does it have to be one by one, ie. A token is issued only when a buyer buys it … ?
