This claiming Purse tokens are really painful guys, I tried

so many times (10-15times) but still getting 'Transaction Failed' error

1) connected my ledger nano and selected the ETH address which was holding Pundix earlier
2) the claim portal shows xxxx of purse tokens ready for claiming
3) Added Binance Smart Chain Extention and added a few BNB (BEP20) which is sufficient to process the transaction
4) In the Ledger Live Appp, added the legacy account as BEP20 address.
5) Enabled 'Blind Signing' on teh ledger

even after doing all these, still getting an error

I've been with Pundix since 2018 and hold a massive amount of NPXS and FX, but first time I feel frustrated with the lack of instructions, wish there was a simple video on claiming Purse tokens using Ledger Nano S...

Not really if there is any official support who I can reach out?
