Not directly no. Ultra's protocol consensus employs dPOS. The integration of CUDO's mining solution will source the most profitable job per your computer's hardware specifications. Mining rewards will automatically be converted into UOS so the end result payout is still in UOS.

I don't think the CUDO integration will function like TRex or other similar .exe files that require directory permissions to launch. More details will be announced as the integration is gets closer to launch.

Yes. The Ultra client will feature a Cudo integration which, via Cudo's mining tech, will allow you to utilize your computer's CPU and/or GPU to mine the most profitable mining algo.
