the MOMOverse on the Binance App during the first 12 hours after the launch, we have made the decision to pause the MOBOX mini program for the time being. Until we can rectify the current issues faced to provide you all with a smoother and better experience on the MOMOverse.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused at this time; rest assured we are working to get this fixed.

We are not able to give you an exact date of when we will re-launch as we want to relaunch the program without any hiccups and give all users a smooth experience on the MOMOverse.

Q: Why can I not see MOBOX in the Binance Marketplace ( Mini Program)
A: Currently we have paused the MOBOX Mini Program on Binance, until we have rectified issues users faced during the initial launch.

Q: Why can I not see my Avatar?
A: You will be able to see your avatar once we re-launch!

Q: Can I transfer my Avatar now to the MOBOX app?
A: No you are not able to transfer it, your Avatar will be available again once we relaunch!

Q: Will my tickets be lost after re-launch?
A: No, they will not reset/ be lost
