Mina tokens are not deposited in coinlist for more than

4 days (96 hours). support is not responding to requests. I have a hash of the transaction. are there any known problems with the ilm coinlist platform, possibly with its Mina token repository? this is an unacceptable situation in terms of timing, a significant amount has been transferred. thank you, I hope for help.

in the past, a call to the phone number listed in your terms of service with a message left there will get a quicker turnaround at CL. Not sure if that is stil the case, but had been a remedy I recall from months ago.
