there is an emergency shutdown function which can be called by devs in case they judge its necessary which "stops" the swaps (usdn to waves and waves to usdn), I would like to know if it would affect someone who already initiated its conversion(knowing there is up to 10880 block delay), or if it would simply block new conversion to be initiated
