So i just watched latest ultra chill and ULTRA NFT

standard is unique and brilliant as hell.

Im just asking, could they patent it? Or they already did? Seems like the idea can be easily stolen by other developers or other nft marketplace focused projects. Just my thoughts though

Yes the factory seems different, I was mainly referring to nfts not leaving your wallet when listed for sale, and option to list on multiple markets.

Gotcha. I haven't heard details about how our 'atomic swaps' will work, but i have heard multiple nft projects talk about the need for nft Escrow, to provide trustless swaps on complex trades. I give u a magic sword, you give me 2 tribles and 3 dry gremlins. I expect similarities in how chains handle it.

What nft features appear the same? Wax has a more simple structure, there is no dispenser and nft factory generated. This will increase our security, nft management options, and prevent scams and abuses.
