to FXS holder loss?
They are frax/X AMM & charge fees, why lost money?
the FXS holders get a share of the profits, if there are no profits then they all get a share of $0 .
I’m talking about negative profit, not 0 profit. Say the simple case of lending AMO to aave. Aave got hacked. All usdc deposits are lost. What is going to happen?
if the AMO's lose money then the veFXS holders are not expected to pay for it, if thats what you mean .
Ok. I guess it will just be reflected on the FXS share price then.
yes, the value of FXS will drop a lot, as some will have to be minted and sold to make up the lost collateral
kinda hard to answer, it will always depend on each particular scenario, but i think the protocol is mature enough that a plausible solution would be to take a loan from the iron bank to fill the undercollateralization and repay this loan proggresively from the profits, instead of having to mint more fxs
NO, not hard because he is thinking he is a customer of Banks
i guess the size of the hack also matters, if its a $1-10m we could prob brush it off, if its $10-50m then we gonna have a few bad months, if its $1b (curve) then i think its game over
