There is no staking. The genesis stakes are released on their schedules, same with other vested amounts. The rest is mining rewards

There is no they!!! It's a community project. The chain is kicked off and the economics are how they are. I get that the normal defi project has the complexity of a brick and Filecoin one of a fusion nuclear reactor... But you guys have to understand: since this is mainnet there is no entity controlling this. It's in the hand of the community.
